The Riverview Dharma Center serves as a facility for local classes on meditation, Dharma teachings, yoga, healing as well as a gathering place for a community of like-minded people to share ideas and knowledge. In addition, we offer accommodations for visitors and for individual retreats under the guidance of Lama Dawa Rinpoche. The center is also the new home for Saraswati Bhawan’s offices.

Lama Dawa Rinpoche will be introducing the Dudjom Tersar lineage

Lama Dawa Rinpoche will be introducing the Dudjom Tersar lineage in Puebla, Mexico. He will focus on the Refuge and Bodhicitta and will give transmission and teachings on the Dudjom Tersar Ngondro.

Sat. March 6: 9:00 - 5:00 - Transmission and teachings on the 'Norlha Yang-Sang' Incense Offering.
Sun. March 7: 2:00 - 5:00pm - Empowerment of Sampa Lhundrub
Mon. March 8: 6:30 - 9:00pm - Teachings on the Sampa Lhundrub
Fri. March 12: 6:30 - 9:00pm - Teachings on the Palchenmo Sutra
Sat. March 13: 9:00 - 5:00 - Transmission and teachings on the practice of the water offerings for Black Dzambhala, Yudronma and Vasudharani
Sun. March 14: 2:00 - 5:00pm - Empowerment of Vaishramana, the Northern Direction Wealth King.

Suggested donation: $20/ evening teachings, $40/ day-long teachings and empowerments.

Vajra Armor Retreats

The Vajra Armor Teachings are 'closed retreats', which means they are conducted within boundaries. The retreats are held at our residential retreat center at The Highlands Inn. Organic meals will be provided each day as well as comfortable lodging.

Room and meals: $400 (plus tax) for 4 nights and 13 organic meals. This fee includes all materials fees and tsog (in the past these costs were separate). In addition this includes travel expenses for Lama Dawa and Kunzang.

Suggested donation for Rinpoche is $250.

Registration is required! Space is limited to 15 people, and will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis.

A non-refundable deposit of $200 for The Highlands Inn is required to reserve your spot. Detailed retreat information and information on logistics, travel, costs, directions, etc. will be given upon registration.
